trexfeathers.co.uk started out as a project for a module on the communication of science to the public. I wrote about the evolution of feathers (unsurprisingly), and how the evidence is rather confusing. You can view the original site here.
One of the featured specimens was called Dilong, an ancestral tyrannosaur that was covered in downy feathers. This suggests that other tyrannosaurs, including the famous T. Rex, could also have had feathers, hence the name.
The logo for the website is the right arm of the Berlin Archaeopteryx (HMN 1880).
This website now serves as a place to for me to share anything about myself. I hope you enjoy it!
